Service Scope

VPNLJ provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription with app-based intelligent traffic routing. In rule mode, requests from apps matching the selected rules use the corresponding international routes, while commonly used websites in mainland China stay on the local network. Actual routing depends on client rules, the selected region, and network conditions.

The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client software and subscription details are available through the user panel. Eligibility and remaining traffic depend on the active subscription in the account. Accounts, content licenses, and paid benefits from third-party websites are not included; connecting through international routes does not grant permission to use third-party services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your password, subscription link, and other access credentials secure, and do not post them on public pages. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and request assistance through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, but this applies only to the account holder's own devices. It does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others. Reselling, renting, or transferring access, or using the service as a commercial resource to provide network access to others, is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. See plan prices for rates and traffic allowances, and check the billing option you select before ordering.

Compliance Requirements

Users must follow the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and where they use the service, as well as the usage rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing illegal content, infringing intellectual property, or obtaining another person's data without authorization.

Do not deliberately disrupt routes, interfere with client software, or use automated requests to impair other users' normal access. VPNLJ provides network connectivity and does not determine whether a specific user action is lawful. Users are responsible for making careful decisions about content, transactions, and account activity on third-party platforms.

Availability and Liability

Network performance depends on factors such as local access, carrier routing, international links, device configuration, and the policies of destination platforms. Routes may change due to maintenance, upstream failures, or changes to third-party rules. The service does not guarantee connectivity in every region, for every app, or at all times.

If a problem occurs, first check your local network and traffic-routing settings, then describe the issue in a support ticket. Users should keep their own copies of important files; the service does not provide file backups or third-party account hosting. VPNLJ's liability is determined by applicable law and the facts of each case. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases such as unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or exposed credentials, VPNLJ may restrict affected connections, suspend subscription access, or terminate account access based on the specific risk. Urgent risks may require immediate action; where appropriate, the reason will be explained through the user panel.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may submit an explanation through a support ticket and request a review. Account actions do not automatically release either party from lawful obligations already incurred. Matters involving fees or disputes are handled under the relevant policies and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNLJ may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements, and will update the date on this page. Changes affecting important rights or obligations will be announced on the website or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights granted by law. If you do not accept an update, you may stop using the service and raise your concern through a support ticket.
